Cacao Flax Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 tsp Nourishing Nutrients Mushroom Powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • Toppings: Nuts, Cacao powder, Dried Fruit Flakes 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse to combine until a dough forms.
  3. Scoop out the dough into a medium bowl and roll out 1/2-1 inch balls.
  4. These bites will last in the refrigerator for 1 week/ longer in the freezer.
