Cacao Flax Energy Bites
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 tsp Nourishing Nutrients Mushroom Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- Toppings: Nuts, Cacao powder, Dried Fruit Flakes
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse to combine until a dough forms.
- Scoop out the dough into a medium bowl and roll out 1/2-1 inch balls.
- These bites will last in the refrigerator for 1 week/ longer in the freezer.
