This is a great product. It's a superb source of Rosmarinic acid, and less expensive than Lemon balm extract- the source I've used for a long time. Ever since reading the chapter on Rosmarinic acid in Dr. Kaufmann's groundbreaking first anti aging book about 5 years ago. Good stuff. these don't upset my stomach and have virtually no flavor to me. The idea they can help my breathing is lagniappe!

I have been taking this for four months and just received my lipid panel results. In February my overall cholesterol was 257, this week it is 177. Triglycerides were 103 and now are 75. My LDL was 170 and now it is 101. My A1C was 5.6 and now it is 4.9. In a short time, I’ve had some pretty amazing results! Needless to say, I will continue taking this product. I still take just one a day. I am delighted to not have to take drugs to achieve healthy levels!
