Raw fruit jam
- 2 cups strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 – 2 tablespoons un-pasteurized honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least a few hours.
- Chia seeds need to gel and set the jam.
