Raw fruit jam

 raspberry jam


  • 2 cups strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons un-pasteurized honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least a few hours.  
  3. Chia seeds need to gel and set the jam.
