Pistachio Dark Chocolate Bark

Dark chocolate Pistachio bark


  • 4 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt


  1. Create a double boiler - fill a saucepan with about 2-3 inches of water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Then, place glass bowl on top of the sauce pan, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t actually touch the water.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips to the glass bowl.
  4. Stir the chocolate chips as they slowly melt. You are looking for the texture to be smooth and pour-able.
  5. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and then set aside.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and carefully spread the chocolate into an even layer that’s about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios and coarse sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
  8. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for about 25-30 minute- to allow the chocolate to completely freeze.
  9. Remove from the freezer and break the chocolate into uneven pieces, and enjoy.
