If you are not a coffee drinker I recommend adding this to hot chocolate. I personally use mushroom powders for myself and my son who is recovering from a brain injury. "Because it’s a strong extract, the amount and size of bag is very small but well worth the punch! I don’t take this daily because I don’t have the money to buy this too often but lemme tell ya it works! When 10+ of my coworkers all got sick a few months back I started to get the early on symptoms (itchy throat, aches) I started taking this and all symptoms disappeared the next day and to this day if I ever feel yuck I take it and sickness is gone! "60g for about $25 is so much cheaper than buying a box of mushroom hot chocolate packets. With this brand I get 60 servings for under $30. The pre-made mix from other brands cost $15-20 for 10 packets! That's 50 cents a serving using this brand and $2 a serving buying it pre-made from other brands.I love mushroom hot chocolate. I do 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 ts mushroom powder, 1 TB cocoa & 1-2 TB sugar. I heat up almond milk then mix everything in. This takes less than 5 minutes. I will definitely order another bag once this one runs out!"
