If you live in a humid environment, put the powder in the fridge. If the powder has become harder, place in a small glass jar and add a little hot water until it dissolves. Not a lot, just enough to make it dissolve. Then as it's liquid, use 1 tsp of it going forward per dose (or as tolerated). Recommend 2 doses per day for optimal results.
