Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the 49 mainland U.S. states only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are accepted, but special shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Estimated delivery times:

*Mainland U.S.: 3–7 business days

*Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days

We do not ship internationally or to:

  • U.S. Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO/DPO in America, Europe, and the Pacific)
  • U.S. territories including Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the 49 mainland U.S. states only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American forces (America, Europe and Pacific), Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for free shipping.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are shipped from within the United States, and no customs duties apply.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or natural events).


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for health and safety reasons. 
  • IF you have used the item (partly only will be considered) and want to return it, please provide the reason for the return.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items purchased as final sale.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Discounted & Free Item Clause
If you return an order that included a discounted or free promotional item, the full price of the items you keep will be charged. This means:

  • If you received a free item with purchase and return part of the order, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you purchased items at a bundle/discounted rate and return only part of the bundle, the remaining items will be charged at their full individual price.
