Raw spinach and avocado dip
yield 1 cup
- 5 cups organic spinach
- 1 organic avocado
- 1/4 cup organic onion
- 1-2 cloves organic garlic
- 1 - 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it is well combined and it has a smooth but finely diced texture.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference (example: add more or less onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt).
- Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
