Raw spinach and avocado dip



yield 1 cup


  • 5 cups organic spinach
  • 1 organic avocado
  • 1/4 cup organic onion
  • 1-2 cloves organic garlic
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it is well combined and it has a smooth but finely diced texture.
  2. Adjust seasonings to your preference (example: add more or less onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt).
  3. Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
  4. Enjoy!
