Mocha Overnight Oats


  • 1/4cup rolled oats gluten-free
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4cup brewed coffee or cold brew
  • 1/2cup dairy-free almond milk
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1serving chocolate protein powder Nuzest
  • 1/4cup dairy-free milk (optional) see instructions


  1. In a large mouth mason jar or weck jar, combine all the ingredients except for the protein powder.
  2. Let this mixture sit in the fridge at least 4 hours but up to 5 days.
  3. The morning of, add in the protein powder and stir well.
  4. If the mixture needs more liquid to add up to 1/4 cup of dairy-free milk until you get your desired consistency.
