Lemon, Ginger, and Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana or pear
- 1 large handful of kale or spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1-2" fresh ginger
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut nectar or liquid sweetener of your choice
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
Notes
You don't need to peel the ginger - the blender pulverizes it down for you. However, if your blender isn't as strong, you should peel the vegetable just to be safe.
