Gluten Free Dairy Free Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef Recipe
- 2 lbs flank steak (cut into strips)
- 1/3 cup Gluten free soy sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup grated carrots
- Optional: Green onion for topping
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
Step 1: In a ziplock bag combine your cornstarch and flank steak. Seal bag and shake until steak is evenly coated.
Step 2: In your slow cooker combine your water, sauces, garlic, and carrots. Stir to mix well.
Step 3: Add your beef into your slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours. Add your green onions on top and serve hot.
