Frozen Grape and Vegan Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (non-dairy or greek yogurt)
- 1 cup frozen grapes (stems removed)
- 14 oz almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 c ice or small frozen banana adding thickness
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional sweetener – 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Optional add-ins for thickness – 1/3 cup gluten-free oats, 1 tbsp chia seed, or protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all your ingredients in the blender. Blend and serve immediately. YUM!
