Dates and Banana Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4thcup of dates
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 to 5 ice-cubes
METHOD
- Soak the dates in warm milk for 30 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and churn to make a yummy shake.
