Dairy Free Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1cups to 1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond-coconut milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
- 1/2medium apple, peeled and chopped (full-flavored apple)
- 2 Tablespoons old fashioned gluten-free oats
- 3small soft dates (deglet noor dates), chopped
- 1Tablespoon creamy cashew butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Dash salt
- Dash cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding vanilla protein powder if you choose.
