Dairy Free Apple Pie Smoothie


  • 1cups to 1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond-coconut milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
  • 1/2medium apple, peeled and chopped (full-flavored apple)
  • 2 Tablespoons old fashioned gluten-free oats
  • 3small soft dates (deglet noor dates), chopped
  • 1Tablespoon creamy cashew butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Dash salt
  • Dash cinnamon


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding vanilla protein powder if you choose. 
  2. Drink immediately, enjoy!
