Calming White Chai Moon Milk

  • 1 cups plant-based milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • 3/4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  1. Heat your plant-based milk of choice either in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it’s a comfortable temperature, or on the stovetop over low heat.
  1. Boil the kettle. Into your mug, add the remaining ingredients and pour about 2 tablespoons of boiling water into your mug and whisk to combine.
  2. Pour the warm plant-based milk into your mug and continue to stir as you enjoy this relaxing, tasty drink.
