Calming White Chai Moon Milk
- 1 cups plant-based milk
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 3/4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- Heat your plant-based milk of choice either in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it’s a comfortable temperature, or on the stovetop over low heat.
- Boil the kettle. Into your mug, add the remaining ingredients and pour about 2 tablespoons of boiling water into your mug and whisk to combine.
- Pour the warm plant-based milk into your mug and continue to stir as you enjoy this relaxing, tasty drink.
