  • 2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 medium red beet, trimmed and scrubbed
  • 4 handfuls of greens {see notes}
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • knob ginger {optional}


One by one run each ingredient through the juicer.

Then add in the pink Himalayan salt and stir.
