Berry sorbet


  1. 1 small can of coconut milk (about 270 ml)
  2. 40 g powdered stevia
  3. 280 g mixed berries


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays to freeze overnight
  3. Once frozen, add the desired amount of cubes (1/4 of the mixture is one serve) to a blender and crush for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the blender ***make sure your blender is able to crush ice***
