Banana Yogurt Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup of Gluten Free flour
- ½ cup of sugar replacement
- 1 cup of coconut yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2/3rd cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large bananas, mashed
Method
- Sift the flour and sugar replacement in a bowl.
- Add egg, oil, yogurt, and banana puree in a bowl. Mix it well. Then gradually add the GF flour and sugar mix. Stir well.
- Grease a muffin pan and add the mixture to it. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
