Banana Yogurt Muffins


  • 1 ¾ cup of Gluten Free flour
  • ½ cup of sugar replacement
  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3rd cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 large bananas, mashed


  • Sift the flour and sugar replacement in a bowl.
  • Add egg, oil, yogurt, and banana puree in a bowl. Mix it well. Then gradually add the GF flour and sugar mix. Stir well.
  • Grease a muffin pan and add the mixture to it. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
