Apple Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup gluten free oats
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving, if desired.
