2 Ingredient Dairy Free Sweetened Condensed Milk


  • 1Can Full-Fat Coconut Milk 5 oz
  • 1/3Cup Gentle Sweet or the equivalent of your favorite powdered sweetener


  1. In a large skillet/frying pan, combine coconut milk and Gentle Sweet.
  2. Bring to a boil, and turn down heat to a simmer.
  3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by about half.
