2 Ingredient Dairy Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1Can Full-Fat Coconut Milk 5 oz
- 1/3Cup Gentle Sweet or the equivalent of your favorite powdered sweetener
- In a large skillet/frying pan, combine coconut milk and Gentle Sweet.
- Bring to a boil, and turn down heat to a simmer.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by about half.
